About Me...
I always felt I had an eye for photography, but neglected what I knew and ended up with a point and shoot for far too long. Fast forward many years to 1999, where I ended up being the editor of Chase BMX Magazine, as well as the art director, and soon after a photographer. It all went hand in hand and soon I was behind the lens as much as I was in front of the computer.
My photography has taken me across the globe, capturing beautiful and colourful images throughout Europe and Japan. With photography, it's the excitement of capturing a moment in time, and interpreting it as it was meant to be. Light, composition, vibrant colour and passion are what attracted me to photography and these are traits I try to convey in every photo I take.
I call Metro Vancouver home, often venturing to Vancouver Island, the Fraser Valley, the Fraser Canyon and the Okanagan. The majority of my experience lies within portrait, landscape, aerial, product, journalism and action photography. In addition to what you see here on the site, I also have a library of photos for Vancouver Island, Vancouver,British Columbia tourism, outdoor adventure and transportation. Many of them can be viewed at my other site Cascadia Photo.
